Our Story

M-Solar was founded by WJ Yang - a global citizen with strong passion in sustainable impact living in Sweden. Yang started her career as an operator in Sustain Tech companies. Having seen and experienced the struggles of business transitions in sustainability, Yang founded M-Solar together with her team, to empower business leaders to develop and implement science-based targets in sustainability.

They do so by using software technology and profitable business model. Their work was recognized by Future Innovations Award from Lund University and Sparbanken Skane, and the company moved to Ideon Science Park (Lund, Sweden) in 2021. In 2023, Yang was awarded H.M. Konung Carl XVI Gustafs prize "Årets Nybyggare (Syd)" in the category "Årets Unga Pionjär".

Today, the team works with business clients that are high-end product service companies from Nordics and other EU countries, who care about both business and the environment and want to achieve net zero success with science-based targets.
